A Nose to Tail Novel
Three hot werewolves, sexual tension thick enough to cut with a knife, an impending Colorado winter, and a rambunctious pack of werewolf pups. Stand back and watch the fur fly.
When Kenneth Marcon loses his nanny to a bite from one of his inherited kids, he knows he needs someone strong to contain five werewolf children. What he finds isn’t a stalwart nanny, but a werewolf manny named Jack. Kenneth and his assistant, Miles, aren’t sure if Jack is what they need, but he’s what they have to work with.
Jack’s got what it takes to keep the kids busy—and attract both Miles’s and Kenneth’s attention. The two old friends have been circling each other for years, but with Jack as the final piece to the puzzle, it’s time to finally act on those urges. When Kenneth is forced to travel instead of solidifying the bond with his new mates, Jack and Miles take desperate measures to get him back, even as they save the kids from one disaster after another. Amidst the chaos, they have to learn how to become not just a pack, but a family.

This was cute -- unfortunately too cute for my taste. The dialogue was kind of stilted and the plot was really thin to non-existent. I was drawn in by all the great reviews and the cuteness of the sample I read was appealing and so I paid the price for the entire book. Plus I usually really enjoy manny stories. But the cute continued throughout with lots of childish adventures and little to no adult tension to truly capture my interest. I resisted the urge not to finish the book simply because -- at over $5 -- I thought I should at least try to get my money's worth and perhaps some excitement would eventually happen. Alas, only the mundune lifestyle of a large family with a rich workaholic patriarch who has somewhat confused priorities continued to the last page. If nice, nice, NICE, NICE, CUTESY, SWEET, and pretty superficial story focused primarily on children, is enough to keep you turning the page this one is for you. Consider just how much of a sweet-tooth you actually have yourself before relying on glowing reviews.Product details

Wolfmanny Nose to Tail Inc Book 1 edition by Julia Talbot Romance eBooks Reviews
Really, really, really good! Liked it so much I bought another by Ms Talbot. Liked that one so much I'm looking for for (of +200 page length). This lady writes really interesting stories with very well developed characters. Just awesome.
This book is the worst thing I have read in quite some time. Usually when a book is this bad I stopp reading it. I suffered through this entire book for one reason; the twins, Jim and Joe. The only thing the author got right was the exuberance of three year old toddlers. They were very cute kids.
The interactions between the three male mates was ridiculous and without any explanation. The sexy times were too often and too in-depth. You can elude too sexy times, you don't have to describe every touch and stroke every time they touch.
There is also no foundation for this story. Is everybody a shifter in this world? Do humans know about shifters? There are no humans in this book. That's weird. There's a huge staff at this estate, but where do they live? These people seem to be stranded of the top of a mountain in Aspen. I've been to Aspen and they have roads. If you're a billionaire you can probably afford to have someone come and plow your road. Aspen is not inaccessible.
This book was really bad and I'm mad I paid for it. Not even worth .99.
I am not often quick to purchase books that are not on KU. Honestly, this cover and title stood out so much that I kept coming back to it. I am very glad I did. The story was delightful and hot. It made me happy and what more can you want from a relaxing read after a long day?
I love this book, seriously I could go on however this is a review so I will try to keep this non gushing in nature. For the most part this is a character book, basically the book is centered around character conflicts and there is little to no outside plot. I don't mind these types of books as long is there is good world building, this book has some, not a lot. The main focus is on the house everyone is living in and the relations between everyone in that house, the shifter world isn't really explored in any detail and the people not in the house tend to fade in importance. Which is okay, this is a fluffy feel good story about love and how it is good to be with the ones you love. If you are down read this book. Had a crappy day? Read this book it puts a smile on your face and allows you to unwind in greatly drawn characters.
Very nice story of love and family. I liked that it was a warm story without crossing the line into sappy or sickly sweet. But don't think that the family relationships keep it from some steamy m/m/m sex between the adults. I can see myself reading this again.
Really enjoyed the concept of this book. While I did enjoy reading it at times it didn't feel like they all really loved each other but rather because one was going to sleep with the other then they might as well all 3 do it. In the end I could finally start to feel the true connection between the three of them. I do recommend trying the book out however.
Rating 3.75 out of 5
This book was far more entertaining than it has any right to be. The world-building is sketchy (we know there are werewolves and shifters of other species), the dramatic conflict is low, we have insta-mates (“I have just met you and I know that we are destined for each other!”) and really not much of any import happens. And yet - the characters are very sweet, the domesticity is comforting, and the ménage à trois is hotter than heck!
Jack is a former soldier of some type now an employee of Nose to Tail, Inc., a company of various types of shifters that you hire to get things done when they must get done. This isn’t his first “manny” (male nanny) job, but it may be his most complicated, dealing with a teenager, two tweens, and two toddlers/cubs. The father, Kenneth, is a multimillion-dollar business mogul trying to find time for his family and his business. Miles, Kenneth’s second-in-command, has been devoted to Kenneth all his life with no hint of romance and is swept up into the threesome with a gratified astonishment that is simply adorable.
Almost the entire book takes place at the family’s isolated Colorado home. Scenes typically devolve into a frenzied display of Jack juggling the kids’ needs and working with the multitudinous house staff to make the whole thing run. To be honest, the way it was written appealed to the logistics geek in me, which is probably another reason I enjoyed this book so much! The scenes in bed are well-written and aside from being damned sexy also make me smile to see three men so genuinely happy together.
Talbot’s writing flows well, and while the books pacing got a little slow at times, it was still a fun read. The fact that these characters are shifters is more incidental to the story than anything, but it does add some interesting touches. I would hope that future installments in the Nose to Tail, Inc. series up the dramatic tension a bit, but I suspect I will happily read them even if they don’t.
(I made it through the entire review without commenting on the book’s title. Just…yeah. It’s an awful pun and let’s leave it at that!)
